Biography

Prof. Sebastiano Maurizio Alaimo. Born in 1960.Psicologo, Psychotherapist, trained in Systemic-Relational Psychotherapy and specialist in Psychotherapy cognitivo-comportamentale.Si deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders such as Libero professionista.Ha he studied Criminology and Criminal Anthropology in 1978 at the Faculty of Law of ' University of Palermo. Founder and Director of the Scientific Institute of Psychology "Edgar Morin" in Caltanissetta (in agreement with the University of Catania and Enna for traineeships for students and teachers in Psychology). Former collaborator of the Chair of Social Psychology of the University of Palermo . Adjunct professor for several years at the University of Catania and then the Kore University of Enna. Co-Teaching and Teacher of Clinical Psychodiagnostics at the Postgraduate School of Cognitive Psychotherapy Aleteia of Enna. Board member of the Italian Society of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy (SITCC) section of Sicily. Enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of Caltanissetta Court. Already responsible for more than a decade, the Psychology Service at the two rehabilitations cardiology (Cordis of Enna and Caltanissetta Pegasus) has conducted several studies on the evaluation and implementation of coping skills and diabetici.Relatore of cardiac patients in a variety of seminars and scientific conferences national and international. Clinical activity is performed at the Studio of Prof. Sebastiano Maurizio Alaimo site in Caltanissetta.
