Biography
Michal has been practising trademark law since 2010, dealing with trademark disputes; he has also managed worldwide trademark portfolios, oppositions and appeals before the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, as well as coexistence agreements. He advises clients on customs surveillance and strategies to fight counterfeiting on the internet. Activity Trademark disputes. Trademark counseling.
