Biography
Sophie’s trademark practice, started in 1991, has focused mainly on Italian and Community trademark procedures. She handles all proceedings, including oppositions, before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office and provides advice on trademark issues for major multinational corporations as well as for Italian companies. Activity Trademark counseling. Memberships Member of the Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute) and of MARQUES. Qualifications Italian and European Union Trademark Attorney, Community Design Attorney. Education Five-year degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, La Sapienza University of Rome.
