Biography
Dr. Bischoff received her Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from University of Texas Graduated School for Biomedical Sciences (Houston, TX) followed by postdoctoral training at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. She completed the human molecular genetics and cytogenetic fellowship program prior to joining as fulltime faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. She is an expert in clinical and molecular human cytogenetics and is well known in the fields of rare fetal and tumor cell recovery from peripheral blood for non-invasive molecular diagnosis.
