Biography
Lorenzo has an extensive experience in leading strategic, operational and organizational changes, both in solution design and implementation, developed through several projects in EU, US, Middle East and Asia serving Healthcare (Pharma, Medical Products, Payers and Providers) and other industrial sector clients (e.g. Travel and logistics, Energy, Aereospace and Defense). Lorenzo is currenly a Principal at BCG's Rome office. Prior to BCG, he worked for McKinsey for 9 years (as a Junior Partner) and for Accenture for 3 years (as a consultant) where he had a special focus on Public Administration and International UN organizations. Lorenzo graduated magna cum laude in Industrial Engineering from the University of Federico II in Naples and he has a master in Finance from IPE.
