Biography
Graduated in Chemistry from the State University of Maringa (Dec 1998), master's degree in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (August, 2000), doctorate in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (Dec, 2003) and Sandwich PhD in Analytical Chemistry - Purdue University (2003). He is currently a professor at the Universidade Federal do Paraná which develops projects in the field of Mass Spectrometry in collaboration with the Thomson Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry at the Chemistry Institute of Unicamp.
Research Interest
Main lines of research involving metabolomics projects, proteomics, Pharmaceuticals, Newborn Screening. He has extensive experience in chemistry interface with the Medicine and Biochemistry, focusing on techniques in Modern Mass Spectrometry, acting on the following topics: LC-MS / MS and LC-HRMS in biological matrices with more than 45 published articles.
