Biography

The Dott. Ssa Irene Dini after graduating with honors in 1992 in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University "Federico II" of Naples, has turned its interests to study Human Food and Food. In 1993 he surpasses the competition for access to the Teaching degree in Food Science (lasting four years ) held the Second University of Naples ranking the first place in the ranking. In 1999 he graduated with a praise by submitting an experimental thesis titled "Stabilization of orange juice and concentrates using a pectin methyl esterase inhibitor" whose results were patented. In the same years he deepened their knowledge by following a number of training courses and refresher courses on the themes of Food Science . In 1995, he was awarded the Ph.D. grant award in Chemistry of Pharmacologically Active Natural Substances . In 1998 he graduated from Doctor of Science In 1999 he obtained a scholarship to study research Postdoctoral In 2000 he won the competition for the assignment of a place of CHIM10 ( Food Chemistry) department at the Pharmacy Faculty of the Federico II University of Naples. In 2011 he became a member of the Scientific Council of CIRANAD (Interuniversity Research Center for Digestive Nutrition and Devices). In 2011 he became a member of the American Chemical Society In 2012 he becomes a member of the CIRANAD Board of Directors (Interuniversity Research Center for Digestive Nutrition and Devices). In 2012 he became a member of the editorial board of the journal E-Journal of Chemistry Leading journals in the field of food chemistry (Food Chemistry, LWT, Food and Chemical Toxicology, Food Researche International, Food Science, Molecules, International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition) required the collaboration of Dr. Irene Dini as an auditor . The scientific activity carried out by Dr Irene Dini was aimed at acquiring updated techniques and scientific knowledge in the fields of Food Chemistry and Biochemistry of Foods . L ' nutrition survey , the nutraceutical investigation and determination of antioxidant properties abroad and our own underutilized foods have been the subject of numerous publications in international journals, papers and posters presented at national and international conferences and book chapters concerning themes of Food Chemistry edited by national publishing houses (Zanichelli) and internationally (Elsevier). Finally, Dr. Ssa Irene DINI played didatttica activities: dall'a.a. 1994-95 at da. 1996-97 at the University of Naples where he taught Food Science . from 2001-02 to 2003-04 at the CDL of Biotechnology of the Federico II University "Special Methods in Pharmaceutical Analysis" from 2003-2004 to 2009-10 at the Degree Course in Quality Control at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Federico II University " Spectroscopic Methods in Food Chemistry" from 2010-11 until today at the Degree Course in Quality Control at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Federico II University " Laboratory of Spectroscopic Techniques for Food Analysis" from 2010-11 to the present day at the Dietary Course of the Federico II University " Food Chemistry"
