March 24, 1997: Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the University of Naples "Federico II" with a vote of 110/110 and praise. Enabling Pharmacist Profession March 13, 2001: Achievement of Doctor of Research in Pharmacologically Active Natural Substances. Research Interest
Dr. Rigano's research activity focuses on the isolation and structural characterization of secondary metabolites extracted from aromatic and dietary medicinal plants and the study of the properties of essential oils derived from plant matrices of Mediterranean flora plants. The results of this activity are realized in more than 90 publications in international scientific journals and about 70 reports and communications at national and international scientific conferences. The publication on Planta Medica (2007), 73 (1), 93-96 of which he is the corresponding author and first name was selected by the editorial committee for the cover of the dossier of January 2007
