Research Interest
(a) application of gravimetric prospecting to the study of areas subject to landslides and the study of karstic structures; b) development of methodologies for the calculation of in situ density of rocks by gravimetric measures; c) study of crostals and lithospheric structures within the Adriatic plaque, by integrating geophysical data (gravimetric, seismic tomography); d) Studies on the structure of the lithosphere-astenosphere system by analyzing the Rayleigh waves in the Mediterranean, Baltic and North American Shields; e) study of the seismicity of the Southern Apennine system - Avampaese Apulo and implications in the definition of seismic hazard; f) study of seismic motion triggering reports aimed at hazard estimates with the support of integrated monitoring approaches (accelerometric, topographic, GPS); g) study of dynamic site response through the analysis of accelerometric recordings and environmental noise recordings.
