Biography
Antonio De Giudici, born in Cagliari on July 3, 1964; - permanent researcher at the University of Cagliari, SSD IUS-07 (labor law). fter completing his maturity at the "Dettori" Classical State High School in Cagliari, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari (four-year course of study), obtaining his degree on 30 June 1989, with full marks and praise (110/100 and praise), discussing the thesis from titotlo Conciliation in the process of work ; - after having passed its selection for qualifications and colloquy, he has profited the first post-university degree in Industrial Relations at the Center for Studies of Industrial Relations at the University of Cagliari, lasting from 02.02.1990 to 05.02.1991, obtaining its title (the course has been organized in lessons, seminars, conferences and stages, with a final writing); - after graduation and in the first half of the 1990s, he practiced lawfulness, completing them and acquiring the legal profession; - in the early 1990s he became a lecturer in the field at the Faculty of Law of the Faculty of Economics of Cagliari; - In the early 1990s it was declared eligible for the competition for the scientific-disciplinary sector N07X - DIRITTO DEL LAVORO, at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari, achieving the second ranking in the list; - after having passed the public competition, he attended the three-year course for achieving the title of Doctor of Research in Labor Law and Industrial Relations (VIIth Ph.D., University of Pavia's administrative office), passing the examination final at the University of Naples Federico II on October 27, 1995, discussing the thesis " Composition of collective labor disputes "; - has been awarded a biennial scholarship from the University of Cagliari since 1996 for post-doctoral research on: The protection of individual and collective rights in the event of changes to previous regulations by collective bargaining and the law: the question of the rights and disagreement of individual and collective rights in labor law ; - he participated in Sitges (Barcelona) on the 12-18 September 1993 at the International Workshop on Comparative Law "Pontignano 11" organized by AIDLaSS on " Personal Data Protection and Employment Contracts" ; - on 26-30 September 1994 participated as co-rapporteur for his working group at the International Labor Law Workshop "Pontignano 12" organized by AIDLaSS on the topic of Business Transfer and held in Voghera ; - in 1997 he pursued research on the atypical work relations in the public administration, destined for a collective work directed by Prof. Carinci, and participated as rapporteur at the seminar "the new discipline on civil service disputes" held in Cagliari on 15 June 1998. - in role as Researcher SSD N07X-Law of Work (now corresponding to IUS-07) following the 1999 competition at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Cagliari; - attended from the 03.11.2000 from 16.06.2001 the course in Community Law organized by the Cagliari Law Firm in the framework of the project " Action Robert Schuman ";
