Biography

Born in Cagliari on April 9, 1965, he graduated in law at the University of Cagliari, discussing the thesis titled "Legal Protection of Software". The collaboration with the Civil Law Department since 1988 started in the field of teaching and research, teaching exercises and seminars and assisting students and graduates, as well as participating in examination committees. In May 1993 he won the competition for researcher in the IUS / 01 Private Law Group at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari. He has participated in several research projects also heading the titles "The role of the negotiation in the process of concluding the contract" and "Disability and ineffectiveness of the contract. Special nullity ". In the 1994 / '95 academic year he taught "Private Law Institutions with special regard to Family Law" in the Special School for Social Welfare instituted at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Cagliari and in 1997 / '98 also received the assignment for the teaching of Private Law Institutions for DU in Social Assistants at the University of Cagliari. Starting from the academic year 1997 / '98 he was appointed alternate for the teaching of Banking Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari receiving it annually reconfirmed. For the two years 2001/2002 and 2002/2003 he was also appointed alternate for the teaching of Private Law at the Faculty of Economics of the same University of Cagliari. He has also participated in numerous national conferences. In December 2002 he won the competition for associate professor in the IUS / 01 Private Law Group at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari. He is currently associate professor in the IUS / 01 Private Law Group at the Department of Law at the Faculty of Economics, Law and Political Sciences at the University of Cagliari. He also belongs to the teaching staff of the School of Specialization for Legal Professionals at the University of Cagliari Studies. He is part of the editorial board of the Banca Securities and Credit Bonds and is also a member of the Committee of the Sardinian Legal Journal. He is a member of the College of Teachers of the PhD in Contract Law (set up at the University of Cagliari). He holds a research project dedicated to the study of non-banking banking contracts in international trade.
