Biography

Born in Cagliari on March 30, 1975, he studied law at the faculties of Cagliari and Liège (Belgium) and graduated in law at the University of Cagliari with praise, discussing a thesis in Community law funded with a scholarship study of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia aimed at conducting research on international cooperation. She speaks French and English. Winner of a scholarship for research in the field of Doctorate in Commercial Law, headquartered in Catania. He concludes the PhD by discussing a thesis titled "The preparatory contract for the conferral of business". Winner of National Competition for University Researcher in Commercial Law. He has been awarded the National Scientific Enrollment for the performance of the professor of the band II in the competition sector 12 / B1 (Commercial Law) and subsequently won the competition for Associate Professor of Commercial Law banned from the University of Cagliari, Department of Economic Sciences and Businesses. He was named Associate Professor at the University of Cagliari where he taught Commercial Law, Law on Financial Market, Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Law. He is an expert member of the Brevetti and Spin Off commission at the University of Cagliari. He collaborates with leading Italian business law journals and is a member of the editorial office of Law Commercial Law. He is the author of two monographic studies and numerous essays and articles, with particular attention to corporate accounting, bankruptcy law and extraordinary finance operations.

Attorney at law in Cagliari, he deals primarily with commercial, corporate and bankruptcy law. He is a habitual lawyer of bankruptcy proceedings at the Court of Cagliari and Special Curator for the appointment of the President of the Tribunal. He has held the position of mayor in public finance organizations and foundations of public interest.
