Biography
Education 1994, PhD in Social Anthropology, University of Rome “La Sapienza”. 1989, MA Degree in Ethnology (Summa cum laude), University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Current academic position Associate Professor of Social Anthropology, University of Cagliari (since 2010). In 2015, has received the habilitation to act as a Full Professor of Social Anthropology according to the Italian National Scientific Habilitation procedure (ASN 2013). Previous academic positions 2007-2010, Senior Lecturer in Social Anthropology, University of Cagliari. 2004-2007, Lecturer (tenured) in Social Anthropology, University of Cagliari. 1997-2006, Lecturer in Social Anthropology, University of Perugia. 1994-1998, Assistant professor, University of Perugia.
