Biography
Marcello Salis was graduated in physics at the University of Cagliari (1991). In the year 1995 he was Phd-graduated and since 2001 he holds the position of researcher at the Dip. Of Physics at the University of Cagliari.
Research Interest
He has been involved in several research fields: investigation of crystal defects by thermoluminescence, radioluminescence and photoluminescence; kinetics of carrier recombinations in center defects; thermodynamics of defects and electronic processes; quantum effects in confined systems.
