Biography
Pietro Ciarlo was born in Naples in 1951, where in July 1973 he graduated with the highest marks and praise at the Faculty of Law at the University of Studies Federico II. He has taught and done research at various Italian and foreign Universities. He is currently Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari.
