Silvia Corso

Biography

Silvia Corso is a Certified Researcher at the Department of Law at the University of Cagliari. It took up service on 31 December 2010 and was confirmed on 18 February 2015. On March 28, 2017, he obtained the National Scientific Ability for the functions of Professor of the band with the unanimous consent of the Commission.

Research Interest

He participated, as a component of the research unit (University of Rome Tor Vergata - Faculty of Economics), in National Research Projects (PRINs) eligible for co-financing, respectively, on "The Government of the Crisis of the Economy " enterprise "(PRIN 2001) and" Corporate Finance and Investor Protection "(PRIN 2005). In 2009 she was a member of the research unit (University of Cagliari - Department of Law) in the Local Research Project " Transfer of Social Participations ". In 2010, as a component of the research unit (University of Cagliari - Department of Computer Science), he participated in the National Research Project " IPSE: Experimenting a European and National Interoperability System for Electronic Healthcare Solutions - Scientific Report on the Analysis of the Legal Framework for the Protection of Personal Data ", admitted to funding on POR Sardinia funds. In 2013 and 2015 he was responsible for local research projects on funds of the Cagliari University of Excellence (ex-60%) (CAR 2013 and PRID 2015). In 2013 he was responsible for the local research project " The Conflict of Interest of Directors of Capitals ", funded by the Fondazione Banco di Sardegna. In 2004 he spent a period of research abroad at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London and in 2006 a research stay at the Institut für ausländisches und Internationales Privatund Wirtschaftsrecht in Heidelberg.
