Biography
Born in Cagliari on July 20, 1967 and resident there. - Graduated with praise in Geological Sciences on 07.07.1994 at the University of Cagliari. Thesis title: "Plio-quaternary volcanic manifestations in central-western Sardinia (Borore, Macomer, Bortigali) - Petrographic, geochemical and vulcanological characters", speakers: G. Macciotta, M. Marchi, A. Assorgia. - Exploration Researcher Ex Art. 37, LR No. 2/94 (1996-1998) Area D03B - Title of the research project: "Petrographic and mineralogical characters of basic materials used for industry", scientific director: Prof. G. Macciotta. - Enrollment to the Geologist profession (since 1995). - Contract professor at the IED Institute of Cagliari (1995-2001). - Enrollment at the School of Media in the ministerial class A059 (since 1998). - Research Excerpted Art. 51, Law 27.12.1997, No.449 (2000-2002). - University Researcher since 30.12.2002 in SSD GEO / 09 ( Mineralogical Mineralogical Research and Petrographic Applications for Environment and Cultural Heritage ). - Professor of "Applied Petrography" and "Minerals Georisorse" of the Degree Course in Geological Sciences at the University of Cagliari (starting from 2002). - Lecturer of the TFA (Training Enablement Trainees) courses organized by the University of Cagliari for secondary and higher secondary school teachers in the A059 and A060 sectors (since 2012). - Lecturer titled "Lycology applied to archeology" of the Postgraduate Degree School in "Archaeological Heritage" of the University of Cagliari (starting from 2013). - Head of Applied Petrography Laboratories at the Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences at the University of Cagliari (2010). - Coordinator of the three-year RAS Research Project "Romanesque and Territory" (2012-2015). - Auditor of national and international scientific journals in geo-archeometric, mineralogical, petrographic and geological fields. - Auditor at the University of Bordeaux (France) in the evaluation of Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program (IdEx Bordeaux). - Component of various scientific committees of international congresses. - Speaker of over 60 thesis degrees and Ph.D. - Author of about 90 publications between international and national journals and congresses, scientific books.
