The research is related to the design, development of synthetic methodologies for heterologous biological activity systems, study of the structure structures of molecules with antitumor, analgesic and antimicrobial activity of enzyme inhibitors. Research Interest
Summary design and study of activity structure relationships: - pyrrolcarbothioamidic, bispyridylmethane, thioxopyridine, oxopyridine, 2,4-dioxopyridine, dicianopyridine, trifluoromethylpyridine, diaminopirazole, anthranilic and transition metal complex with acetamidrazone and pyrimidine derivatives having antitumor activity; - pyrrole derivatives, imidazoles, isotiazoles having antibacterial activity; - S-alkylchilothiosemicarbazone and isonicotinoylhydrazone derivatives having antituberculous activity; - pyrimidine and triazine derivatives having agonist or antagonist activity on prokineticin receptors; - trifluoromethylpyridine derivatives and heterocyclic amides of hepuprofen having analgesic activity; - condensation derivatives between classical NSAIDs and polyazoteroic heterogeneous compounds such as FAAH enzyme inhibitors.
