Biography

In 1983 he graduated in law at the University of Cagliari obtaining a vote of 110/110 and praising and discussing a thesis in Civil Law. In 1985, he was awarded a scholarship of Credito Industriale Sardo for a research on subsidized loan contracts, resulting in the publication of two best-known books in the separate list. Since 1986, that is, since its foundation, he has been part of the editing of the Sarda Juridical Journal and since 1993 is a member of the board of directors. In 1986 he obtained the title of legal attorney. He is currently enrolled as a lawyer in the special register of full-time students. In May 1990 he was the winner of the competition for a private law researcher at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari and in the same year he served as a full-time researcher. In July 2001 it was found appropriate in the Comparative Evaluation for II Band Professor, SSD IUS 01. In the same month he was called by the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari and was recruited in the following October. In May 2006, it was found to be suitable for the comparative assessment of first-class professor, SSD IUS 01. In the same month he was called by the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari and was commissioned on June 1. With DR n. 1684 of 12/11/2009 has been appointed Ordinary Professor in SSD IUS01, Area 12 Legal Sciences.
