Biography
Alessandro Priolo graduated in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Catania with 110/110 votes and praise. He was the first to be admitted to the Examination Exams for the Doctoral Program in Animal Science at the University of Bari. He has been a part of the PhD in the Meat Industry Research Institute of New Zealand (MIRINZ) is busy with the effects that the lamb feed has on the quality of the meat. In 1999 he earned the title of Doctor of Research in Animal Science In 2000 he was responsible for a research project funded by the Institut de l'Elevage (Paris, France) under the title "Effects of a feeding of herbs on the couleur and flaveur of the vienna de ruminants" and held a post-doctorate at the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA) in Clermont-Ferrand / Theix (France) In 2002 he became a University Researcher at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Catania for AGR / 19 Specialized Animal Husbandry. In 2006 Alessandro Priolo became Associate Professor for the Scientific-disciplinary sector AGR19 / Special Animal Production and since 2011 is Professor for the Scientific-disciplinary sector AGR18 / Nutrition and Animal Nutrition. Alessandro Priolo filed a patent as a co-inventor at the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (France).
