Biography
Marco Bella is a Scientific Research Scientist AGR / 19, Special Animal Husbandry, at the Di3A Animal Production Sciences section of the University of Catania. From 2004 to 2007 he was a professor at the degree courses in Agricultural Science and Technology and Tropical and Subtropical Agrarian Sciences and Technologies. Since 2007, he has been a lecturer in Tropical and Subtropical Agrarian Sciences, Technologies and Agricultural Science and Technology and in the Food Science and Technology. Since 1994 she has been working on the use of alternative foods and / or by-products of the agri-food industry in the production of lamb meat.
Research Interest
Its scientific activity is based on topics related to the disciplinary discipline of belonging and concerns the zootechnical products, with particular reference to the influence of some food systems on the quality of the same.
