Biography
Full Professor Full Professor of European Union Law (SSD IUS / 14) at the Law School where she holds courses in European Union Law (AG) and European Union Advanced Law. Jean Monnet Chair ( European Commission-Lifelong Learning Program 2007-2013 ) "Judicial and constitutional evolution of EU law and its impact on national legal systems".Professor of European Union Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professionals at the University of Florence and in the Seminar of Parliamentary Studies.
Research Interest
The overriding scientific interests concern the institutional aspects of EU law, freedom of movement for persons, immigration policy and competition policy.
