Biography
Alessandro Bernardi (Forlì, June 15, 1949) is an ordinary professor from 1.02.2008 in L-ART / 06 at the Department of History of Arts and Performing Arts of the University of Florence since 2008; previously, for the same university, extraordinary professor since 1.02.2005, associate since 1998 and researcher since 1981. Since 2008, he is president of the Master's Degree in Visual Arts (Faculty of Letters). In 2002-2004 he was the Scientific Manager of the Florence Unit for the Scientific Research Program of National Interest (PRIN) "Cinematic Technologies / Technologies in Cinema". In 2007 he won the Financing Program for the Valorization of Cultural Heritage (promoted by the Fondazione Universitaria per la Ricerca e Innovazione and the Province of Florence) with the CAPUT Project (Cinema, Art, Landscape, University, Territory). He is a member of the Festival of Peoples, Florence, UNESCO, since 2004. Since 2011, he has been responsible for the Cultural Heritage at the Center for Services for Research and Innovation Services (CSAVRI). Participate in the NEMECH project (New Media for Cultural Heritage), funded by the Tuscany Region, for the promotion of Heritage through Media. He is a member of the scientific editorial team of "Bianco & Nero" (ISI), "Cinéma & Cie", "Fata Morgana" magazine. He collaborates with French magazines "Positif" (ISI) and "Cinémaction".
