Biography
Alessandro Mariani was born in Empoli (Florence) on December 24, 1970.
Research Interest
Starting from his experience in scientific research and university teaching, Alessandro Mariani has consistently been placed in the general pedagogy, cultivating both the philosophical-educational and the historical-pedagogical fields. A path within which he has always kept in mind the contemporary pedagogical discourse, his theoretical reference models, his internal logic, his ethical-political devices, and his epistemological connotations. Starting from his scientific and university didactics research experiences, he has always focused on general pedagogy, cultivating both the philosophical-educational area and the historical-pedagogical one. An itinerary within which he has always taken into account the contemporary pedagogical view, its theoretical models of reference, its internal logic, its ethical-political devices and its epistemological features.
