Biography
Born in Florence in 1964. He has two children.
Research Interest
He has been researching on issues of work, temporal patterns, political professionalism and industrial decline. He recently deals with topics related to social transformation, with particular attention to the individual society relationship, also through deepening the reflection on N. Elias's thought. Figural sociology is also the background to current research on local development, the mechanisms of reproduction of inequalities and the transformations of industrial societies.
