Research Interest

The experimental activity, aimed at investigating and identifying the pathogenetic mechanisms at the base of clinical frameworks, has led to the development of experimental models (approved by the Ministry of Research) such as isolated and combined cranial and septal trauma patterns and a model of microcirculation in vivo. In the experimental model of sepsis, the effects that sepsis has on the distribution and elimination of antibiotics, the effects of the PK alterations that are so common in the septic patient, have been studied.
