Biography
Graduated in Philosophy at the University of Genoa and in Psychology at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He attended courses in advanced cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy (Prof. Joseph Wolpe) and in sexual therapy (Prof. Joseph LoPiccolo).
Research Interest
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (resistant DOC treatment, body dysmorphic disorder, modular Cognitive DOC theory). Sexual abuse of minors (validation methods, treatment of abused minors and abusers). Gender identity disorder (etiopathogenesis, treatment, early onset DIG, outcome of surgical reassignment of sex). Homosexuality and homophobia.
