Emanuela Masini

Biography

Born in Florence on 7 February 1948. Graduated in 1973 in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Florence. In 1976 he specialized in Medical Toxicology and in 1979 in Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at the same University. From 1973 to 1974 he was a fellow of the Ministry of Education, in January 1975 following a decision of the Board of Directors of the Florence University of Medicine at Toxicology of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of Florence. Since 1981 Researcher Confirmed and from 1988 to 2001 Associate Professor of Toxicology; since 2001 Ordinary Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Florence. PhD student at Pharmacology and Toxicology in Florence since the 1st cycle; Coordinator of the Eighteenth Phase of Research in Pharmacology and Toxicology. Professor at PhD in Biology and Clinic of Alcoholism and PhD in Neuropsychopharmacology and Addiction until their suspension. Director of the School of Specialization in Medical Toxicology from 2002 until today. Since 1974 she has been continuously involved in the care and counseling of the Drugs and Drug Addiction Drugs (Careggi Hospital, University of Florence). Since 2004 member appointed by the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Council of the Language Center of the Florentine University. He is a holder of courses in the following Specialized Schools: Medical Toxicology, Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Sports Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Medical Oncology and Allergology and Clinical Immunology. From 1980 to 1988 he taught at the School of Specialization in Digestive Disease Diseases, currently Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy. Since 1996 he has been Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Toxicology and Genetic Medicine in the Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Laboratory, since 2003 is Pharmacology and Toxicology Professor in Prevention Technician Degree Course and Biotechnology Degree Course. Lecturer in Civil Engineering Masters, Catastrophe and Nursing Care of the Critical Area and NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) Damage, which is also a teaching coordinator; and in a number of Advanced Courses.
