Biography
Federigo Bambi (Florence, 1963) is a full-time associate professor of Medieval and Modern Law History at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence, where he also teaches Legal Language. He is the corresponding academic of the Crusca and associate of SISD (Italian Society of the History of Law), ASLI (Association for the History of the Italian Language) and of the ASS.I.TERM (Italian Association for Terminology). He is a member of the Management Committee and editor of the magazine of the Accademia della Crusca Italian lexicography studies. He is part of the Assiterm Scientific Council - the Italian Association for Terminology and the Coordination Committee of the REI - Network for the Excellence of Institutional Italian. She mainly deals with the history of the legal language and the history of the sources. His publications concern the legal Italian from its origins to contemporary times
