Biography

 Degree in Medicine and Surgery with 110/110 vote and qualification in  1979 .   - Specialization in Surgery in 1984.   - CNR Professional Training in Microsurgery Techniques (1983-89) with specialization   in the field of Experimental Medicine .   - Convention with SSN since 1989 and Surgical Assistance at SOD of Surgery    Urgency and Digesting Equipment at the Oncological and Functional Address of the Hospital- University Careggi.   Surgery is performed in the various areas of the facility (department, outpatient clinic,    first aid, operating room), preferably in the coloproctological field.    - Responsible from 1991 to 2014 of the diagnostic-instrumental activity of "Diagnostics"    instrumental d and motility disorders of the digestive system "of SOD of General Surgery and    Urgency 2 of the Hospital-University Careggi.           - colo-proctological outpatient activity (from 2015) at the Center for Pathology of the Floor   Pelvic  of the Hospital-University Careggi.   - Coordinator (since 1996) of the Unit of Coloproctology Careggi-Florence , recognized by the Italian   Society  of Colo-Rectal Surgery.   - Upgrade stage at the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery - Department of Surgery   University of Minnesota - Minneapolis (1997).   - Upgrade stage at the "Service de Coloproctologie - Department of Chirurgie -   Hopitaux Universitaire de Geneve (2001).
