Biography
Born in Prato on 09/11/1964. Graduated in Biological Sciences in 1989 with the vote of 110 and Lode / 110 at the University of Florence. Ph.D. in Animal Biology (Ethology) in 1994. Holds 2 scholarships for post-doctoral research (1996 and 1997). Since 23/4/1997 he served as Researcher (BIO / 05 week) at the Department of Biology of the University of Florence.
Research Interest
The research activity takes place prevalently in the field of animal ecology, with particular attention to: i) eco-ethology of invertebrates and vertebrates, ii) structure and composition of communities in relation to environmental disturbance, iii) population dynamics in relation habitat and climate change.
