Biography
He parched to excavations at Ansedonia (GR), Roman villa of Setetfinestre ; Florence, Piazza della Signoria; Roselle (GR), arcade dwelling; Vetulonia (GR), Tomba del Diavolino; Populonia (LI), Roman villa of POggio del Molino; Gortina (Crete), Basilica del Pretorio. He has participated in the organization of exhibitions and archaeological museums in Pistoia, Florence, Grosseto, Volterra, Arezzo, Cecina, Pomarance, Piombino, Genoa, Ancona, Senigallia, Rome, Geneva, Pisa and Rovereto.
Research Interest
Attic ceramic with black and red figures; material culture of the Roman age, with particular reference to the problems of glassworks and the themes of late antique glass; aspects of the history of Florentine collections.
