Biography
He is an ordinary law professor. He taught at the University of Teramo and LUISS in Rome. In 2001 he was visiting professor at the University of Aix-en-Provence. a co-editor of the journal 'Antologia', of the 'Private Law Magazine', of the Hypertextual Magazines published by Utet: Civil Liability, Family and Successions, Bonds and Contracts. He is Director of 'Person and Market, Guidance Papers on New Private Law'. He was a member of the Tuscan Regional Bioethics Commission. He currently holds an annual civil law course at the Florence School of Specialization for Legal Professionals. In 2007 he held a European Business Law teaching module at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Florence.
Research Interest
His research interests focus on the general theme of the relationship between the personal and logical values ​​of the market. He has recently dealt with the new discipline to protect privacy, consumer position and balance and good faith in contracts.
