Curriculum at the University of Florence 1976 - 84, Director of the Mass Spectrometry Center, Faculty of Medicine, University of Florence. Curriculum University: 1975 - 76, Degree Program at the GC / MS Laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy . 1985 - Associate Professor in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology, Department of Pharmacology, University of Florence. 1988 - International Union Against Cancer International Cancer Research Technology Transfer (ICRETT), which was used at the Laboratory of Prof. SR Tannenbaum at the Department of Applied Biological Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge (USA). Membership in Societies and Scientific Committees: - Italian Chemistry Society. Member of the Board of Directors of the Mass Spectrometry Division of the Italian Chemical Society. - Member of the European Community Bureau of Reference (BCR). Prof. Gloriano Moneti has been working for more than 30 years for the development of analytical techniques for structural identification and dosage of pharmacologically interesting molecules of natural or synthetic origin in biological and plant matrices. Because of the complexity of the matrices, the basic technique used in these researches is mass spectrometry, coupled with or without chromatographic systems, as confirmed by about 120 scientific papers published in national and international journals (pubmed).
