Biography
Graduated in Political Science in 1981 in Naples, he received his doctorate in Sociology of Development at the University of Pisa. Associate Professor of Sociology of Cultural and Communicative Processes, President of the Master's Degree in Strategic Communication
Research Interest
In recent years, research and research has focused on the analysis of the role of communication in public administration change processes and in the delivery of public services. She is currently engaged in a research program on "Public Communication and Citizenship", aimed at combining the approaches and tools of public communication with the new forms of citizenship. He is also working on a project on "The Communicated Image", which seeks to analyze goals, policies and communication strategies with which public institutions communicate their image and make their concrete operational action visible.
