Biography
Since 1995 he has been an Ordinary Professor of Administration Science at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Florence after having taught at the Universities of Catania, Messina, Madrid, Paris, Barcelona, ​​teaching didactics in particular in the fields of public policy analysis and related valuation techniques. He has held lectures and seminars in numerous Italian and European universities. He has been involved in parliamentary studies, government and local politics, EU policy making , the role of the judiciary in contemporary political systems, the evolution of administrative systems in contemporary democracies, the processes of training and implementation of policies Community infrastructural networks and in the context of local economic systems in a comparative perspective.
