Biography
Born in Florence on 24th May 1957. Married with 2 daughters. Curriculum: Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1983. Ph.D. in Experimental Dermatology in 1989. Specialization in Dermatology and Venereology in 1989. Didactic activity: Professor Associate in the disciplinary field MED35 at the Dip. Dermatologiche Università Firenze from 01.10.2001. PA Confirmed since 01.10.2004. Dermatological Oncology Teaching in the Dermatology and Venereology Specialization School of the University of Florence from the academic year 1990-91; of Cutaneous Diseases in the School of Specialization in Hand Surgery from the academic year 1990-91 to 2004-05; of Dermatology at the Nephrology Specialization School from the academic year 2004-05. Teaching in Bachelor's Degrees in Medicine and Surgery and Biotechnology since the academic year 2001-2002. Scientific activity: Mainly in the field of skin oncology and immunodermatology. This activity has been realized in 112 extensible scientific publications in national and international journals (including 94 on indexed magazines, see below), over 250 communications and reports to national and international congresses and 21 chapters on monographs.
