Biography
Born in 1960 and married with two children. Mountain enthusiast. Doctor of PhD in Urban and Rural History at the University of Perugia (1995). Researcher to you in the history of education (M-PED / 02) from 2001 to 2011. Currently, since December 2011, associate professor confirmed in the history of education. From 2012 to 2016, Elective Component of the Academic Senate representing the Humanities and Training Area.
Research Interest
History of education and social history in general, with particular regard to the construction of individual and collective identities, both in the 1800s and in the 1900s, even in comparative terms. Main fields of inquiry: local history and local government, history of the school and educational institutions, history of educational and welfare policies, history of work and vocational training, social history of sport and physical education, with particular attention to sports extremes and mountaineering.
