Biography
He graduated in Pedagogy at the Faculty of Magisterium in Florence (now Department of Educational and Psychology Sciences) on June 21, 1994, discussing a thesis titled Jessie White Mario an educator journalist. Between English Liberalism and Italian Democracy (rapporteur Prof. F. Cambi). He continued his postgraduate studies at the same university, attending the three-year Ph.D. in Theory and History of the Educational Processes , obtaining the Ph.D. degree on February 12, 1999, discussing a thesis entitled The Myth of Garibaldi. The birth of the popular imagination in Italy ( tutor Prof. F. Cambi). In the following two Academic Years (1999-2000, 2000-2001) he has held the role of Research Assistant at the Department of Education Sciences and Cultural and Educational Processes with reference to the project: Narrative Universities and Educational Processes and, simultaneously, He was appointed lecturer of the subject in General and Social Pedagogy (1998-2000) He subsequently passed the competition for General and Social Pedagogy Researcher (M / PED-01) with a degree in service at the University of Florence, Faculty of Education Sciences, Department of Education Sciences and Cultural and Educational Processes , on 1 February 2001. It was confirmed on 1 February 2004 Subsequently he participated in the competition for the eligibility of the professor of the band II in general and social pedagogy (M-PED / 01) at Naples University "Parthenope", obtaining the title on 27 November 2004. He has served as associate professor of general and social pedagogy of unconfirmed role at the University of Florence, Faculty of Education Sciences, Department of Education Sciences and Cultural and Educational Processes, on November 1, 2005 .
