Sandro SORBI is working as a Professor at the Department of Neuroscience, Area of ​​Pharmacy and Child Health in Italy.
Research Interest
The research activity is mainly aimed at the study of the special diseases in the clinical, genetic, biochemical and rehabilitative aspects of degenerative dementia (Alzheimer's Disease, dementia frontotemporal, dementia associated with parkinsonism, prion diseases and rare forms); Huntington's Disease, HD-L2 (Huntington-like Disease), Parkinson's Disease and Parkinsonism, and others movement disorders. The activity includes the study of clinical, genetic, and imaging (PET FDG, PET, SPET, functional RM) erythritic correlations.
