University of Firenze
Italy
Biography
In 1997 Stefano Ricci graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering in Florence, with 110/110 praise, discussing the experimental thesis "High Speed Programmable FIR Filter in the Frequency Range: Project and Realization". In 2001 he earned the title of Research Doctor with the thesis "Digital Broadcasting Systems". Both thesis and doctoral thesis was held at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Department under the direction of Prof. Tortoli. In 2001Stefano Ricci received a research grant for the program: "High-speed digital systems for ultrasound and radar processing.
Research Interest
The research activity involved the finalization of the system developed previously for biomedical applications, and the contribution to project and the realization of a new system for ultrasound diagnostic research.
