Biography
Vincenzo Cavaliere is Associate Professor of Business Organization at the Faculty of Economics. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Florence and a Certificate in Business and Social Studies from the University of Westminster, London. He currently teaches Business Organization and Organization Behavior at the School of Economics. He was a visiting scholar at the Victoria University and Monasch University in Melbourne in 1998. He was a tutor of PRUA (Regional University Project Australia) about international exchange for students and researchers. He's working at the Department of Business Administration.
Research Interest
His research interests include entrepreneurship and organizational mechanics in SMEs, knowledge sharing and organizational learning, strategic human resource management.
