AA 1972-'73: graduated in Latin Literature (professor Antonio La Penna). 1973-1977: Upbringing in Humanistic Philology at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa (Prof. Guido Martellotti) 1977-1981: Contractor at the University of Florence, Faculty of Magisterium 1981-2000: Researcher at the University of Florence, Faculty of Magisterium and since 1995, Faculty of Arts and Philosophy 2000-2004: Associate Professor for the L12E disciplinary field ( Medieval, Humanistic and Renaissance Literature ) at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the University of Florence 2004: Ordinary Professor for the disciplinary science disciplines L-FIL-LET / 13 - Philology of Italian Literature from 30. 12. 2007: nominees at the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at the University of Florence Teaching Disciplines: Italian Renaissance Literature, Humanistic Latin Literature, Humanistic Latin Language, Italian Philology.
