National Council of Research (CNR) Fellowship from 1981 to 1983 at the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Florence CNR-Fellowship at the Institute of Quantum Electronics of CNR from 1983 to 1990, then researcher at the same Institute. Researcher at the Physiopathology dept. of the University of Florence since January 1996, now Professor of Applied Physics at the School of Medicine SCIENTIFIC RESPONSIBILITY: Expert member for CNR in C.E.I. Committee n.76 Laser Instrumentation and n.86 Optical fibers from 1993 to 1996.
