Biography
The Single Molecule Biophysics group at LENS (www.lens.unifi.it) aims at studying the influence of force on biological processes, the dynamics and mechanics of molecular motors, and the molecular mechanisms of gene expression regulation. We develop novel single molecule manipulation and imaging tools for molecular biology. We are part of Laserlab-Europe Consortium and we fund access to our labs on the basis of scientific proposals
