Biography

Marino Biondi is an associate professor of "History of Criticism and Literary History" at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Florence after being a researcher at the Italian Literature Chair at the Institute of Neolithic Languages ​​and Literature from 1 August 1980 until 'Academic year 1991-1992. His studies were mainly directed to the Ottoman-Ottoman area, between history of literature and culture, with particular attention to literary historiography. To explore aspects of fascist culture, from the culture of magazines to Mussolini's notebooks, from the cinema to the theater, is dedicated vol.Fascism and culture. Since 1998 she has been a member of the Pascolian Degree Theses Awarding Committee of the Pascoliana Academy of San Mauro (with Prof. Andrea Battistini and Marco A. Bazzocchi, University of Bologna). From the 2004 edition he is part of the jury of the literary prize "Island of Elba. Raffaello Brignetti ". President of the Commission for Admission to Teaching Italian at the University (11 February - 29 March 2005). In March 2005 he was appointed President of the "Fondazione Serra", to which the Municipality of Cesena conferred the management of cultural activities, in the field of serrian studies and, more broadly, in the twentieth century studies. He is part of the National Committee for the Renato Serra Works (set up by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage in 1981 and currently chaired by Ezio Raimondi). He was a member (until 2008) of the Curzio Malaparte Curriculum Committee, established in 2006 by the Municipality of Prato, with the aim of promoting conferences and publications of Acts and Studies. He is part of the National Committee for the Renato Serra Works (set up by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage in 1981 and currently chaired by Ezio Raimondi). He was a member (until 2008) of the Curzio Malaparte Curriculum Committee, established in 2006 by the Municipality of Prato, with the aim of promoting conferences and publications of Acts and Studies.
