Biography
Graduated in 1971 at the University of Florence, where in the following years I started my university career in various roles and levels (first a tutor, contractor, confirmed researcher, associate professor and finally ordinary professor in disciplinary science JUS 04). Holder of the Teaching of Industrial Law and Commercial Law at the University of Stuidi of Florence. President of the CD in Economics and Commerce. Director of the Department of Economic Law since 2001 until the end of the two mandates permitted by law.
