Research Interest
Biostatistic support in different areas of biomedical and clinical research including the integration with bioinformatics research in the context of several European and national projects. Development of flexible regression models for the estimate of clinically useful measures, in the context of the major pathologies, summarising information relating to biomarkers and genomic/proteomic high throughput data, even in the presence of competing risks. Multivariate approaches for the characterization of biomolecular profile in complex diseases.
