Biography
Emanuele Grilli currently working as Professor of “Solid state optical spectroscopy” (6CFU) and “Solid state and electronics laboratory” (8CFU) for the master (2° level degree) in physics.
Research Interest
Optical Spectroscopy, Microelectronics and Optoelectronics: semiconductors, their alloys, and low dimensional structures (quantum wells, quantum dots) of the III-V family, particularly arsenides, and of IV group
