Biography
She received his PhD in Food Science and Technology from Agricultural Faculty, University of Catania in 2005. She is currently working as Researcher at Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Microbiology of fermented foods; Acetic acid bacteria occurrence in fermented beverages. Culture dependent and independent methods to study acetic acid bacteria in vinegars. Acetic acid bacteria strains selection.
